1 pound grass-fed lean beef, cut into bite size strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
½ red onion, cut into strips
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Braggs Liquid Amino Acids (or low sodium soy sauce) to taste
Whole grain rice, cooked as directed
1. Melt coconut oil over medium heat in a wok or stir fry pan. Add garlic and onion, and cook until fragrant, stirring often.
2. Add beef, cooking until no longer pink.
3. Add peppers and cook until tender.
4. Add the amino acids to taste and serve over rice with cashews sprinkled on top.
